I’ve purchased an experience, what do I do next? Do I need to make a reservation?
The next step is to contact the merchant directly to reserve your preferred date. Our merchants will make every effort to accommodate your request but do take note that no specific date is guaranteed until the your reservation is made.

Is there a minimum lead time to take note of when making a reservation?
Yes. Minimum lead times generally vary from 7 to 14 days. Please refer to your selected experience’s description page for specific details.

Can I purchase an experience for someone else?
Absolutely! Splendr experiences are crafted to be shared with the people around you. Simply purchase one of our experiences and forward the issued voucher on to the lucky recipient. They can then contact the merchant to reserve a timeslot.

How long do I have to redeem my purchased experience?
Unless otherwise stated, Splendr experiences are valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

What if I have a bad experience, can I get a refund?
Splendr will assess any complaint on a case-by-case basis and will make every effort to investigate thoroughly. Please contact us here to get in touch with our friendly customer service team.
