I also pay attention to return policy and customer service response time. When a store shows clear shoulder width, bust, waist and length, it is much easier to choose. From my experience, communication with the store can tell you a lot.

I also think about how easy it is to track a parcel once it ships. Recently I have been testing several online eyewear shops to compare frames and lenses. It saves a lot of trial and error for everyone else. Sometimes customer service can fix a bad experience, but not always.
