I do not trust only the star rating, I like to see detailed photos and longer comments. I also like when stores show real photos without heavy editing or strange angles. This is why I like reading and posting on forums and community websites. If many different people say the same thing about a product, it is worth paying attention. If the first order is a disaster, I prefer to move on and not waste time with support. When a store shows clear shoulder width, bust, waist and length, it is much easier to choose. I have learned to avoid items that look extremely different in every product photo. Nobody wants pretty shoes that hurt after ten minutes of walking. Personally I like a mix of design, comfort and realistic pricing. If tracking never updates for weeks, I start to worry about the order.
